Gamification 🎮

This refers to the use of game elements in non-game contexts, such as using badges and leaderboards to encourage employees to achieve their goals. 🏆

Metaverse 🕶

According to Gartner, 25% of people will spend at least one hour a day in the metaverse. This is indicated by registrations for virtual events such as fairs and workshops. The metaverse will allow the transformation of a creative, collaborative, and productive world without being constrained by physical conventions. 

Put out the fire and end burnout syndrome🔥

This is another prediction for HR in 2023 - one of the biggest trends of 2023 will be initiatives aimed at preventing burnout or completely avoiding it. The proper work-life balance will be more advocated, as it is one of the factors candidates prioritize when job hunting. Companies plan to offer, for example, wellness programs.  

Retention👤

Another major trend will be the area of retention, or keeping employees. Given the recovering economic situation, companies will be concerned about losing their talents, and therefore they will seek to invest in the education and development of their employees. 🎓 

Another trend is Advanced HR tech📱

It is predicted that extensive integration of artificial intelligence will be included in HR. This will involve functions related to hiring and firing candidates, expanding teams, and facilitating employee engagement in the workplace.
